Under Armour revealed on Thursday that its MyFitnessPal app has been hacked. At first glance, this looks to be the 2nd largest data breach behind Equifax.
The fitness apparel company learned that data on 150 million accounts for the site and app were breached earlier this week, a statement said.
MyFitnessPal users are urged to change any common password they use across multiple accounts. The account information is already being traded on the Dark Web. Corporations should advise employees to change passwords that they may use for personal and business purposes.
