These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the use of text messaging services provided by Xact IT Solutions ("Xact IT Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting into SMS communications from Xact IT Solutions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in our SMS messaging program.

Xact IT Solutions may send SMS messages to individuals who have expressly consented to receive communications from us.

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from Xact IT Solutions unless you opt in again.
