I am receiving the IT Security Assessment from Xact IT Solutions Inc at 100% discount under the following conditions: I agree that after the assessment has been completed that I and any other stakeholders or decisionmakers of my company will be present for the “Executive Review” presentation Assessment results will only be delivered with all stakeholders of the company present. If the stakeholders are unable to attend, I will notify Xact IT Solutions Inc at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. I understand I am only permitted to reschedule once. If the “Executive Review” meeting is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, I agree to pay Xact IT Solutions Inc $5000.00 USD and will receive the assessment result in report form via electronic delivery. If the Executive Review does not take place within 45 days from the date the assessment was run on the network, I agree to pay Xact IT Solutions Inc $5000.00 USD. I acknowledge that by allowing Xact IT Solutions to run this assessment on my network and computer system that I am aware and approve the use of well known industry software that will be used to evaluate my system. I also understand the software does not need to be installed on any system and is considered a non-invasive tool that are used and only scan the system for information. I agree that the use of this software and Xact IT Solutions employees are not making any changes to my computer system and cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise during or after the assessment period. I understand any issue or problem on the computer system is to be considered coincidental and Xact IT Solutions cannot be held liable for any issues identified or brought to the attention of Xact IT Solutions during or after the assessment is completed.
